The staff provided top notch service. They were very friendly and helpful. I found the location excellent, right on Sukhumvit Road. It is conveniently one block from the Nana BTS Station. The included breakfast offered an excellent selection.

My room was a premium corner room. It provided PLENTY of space. Additional furniture was available, also there was a bathtub. A full-size mirror in the bathroom was helpful for getting ready.
The proximity to the main road created noticeable noise, it slightly impacted relaxation.

The staffs behavior was really professional and friendly. the pool area looked excellent. i found the food in the restaurant really nice and tasty. also, the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was very refreshing to escape the outdoor heat.
the room design felt a little bit dated, particularly the carpets, and the club level reception could improve.

the hotel arranged our executive suite with a flower arrangement. it was a classy touch and really surprised us.
i found the breakfast service lacking. i had to continuously ask staff for coffee, and they seemed disinterested. the team looked to lack leadership and proper training, which affected the overall experience.
